The OPEN Foundation Community Collective is your online hub for connection, resources, and support. Here, we bring together LGBTQIA+ individuals, allies, and partners to build a stronger, more inclusive community in Dane County and beyond.

"I love that OPEN encourages deeper connections both professionally and socially. One of my favorite statements is, "If you love what you do you'll never work a day in your life."
