Queer Empowerment Hour is a free, virtual gathering created for LGBTQIA+ folks who want thoughtful conversation, real connection, and practical tools they can actually use. Each session offers a welcoming, affirming space to explore topics that support personal growth, leadership, and community care.

This session, presented in partnership with Mannah Culture, focuses on psychological safety in leadership. Together, we’ll explore why it matters, how it’s built, and what it looks like in real-life workplaces and communities. Expect an engaging conversation, relatable examples, and space to reflect, ask questions, and learn alongside others.
