The Need to Impact!
You no doubt understand the pressing need for inclusion and welcoming of all in the workplace, particularly LGBTQIA2S+ individuals when more than 40% of lesbian, gay, and bisexual people and almost 90% of transgender people have experienced employment discrimination, harassment or mistreatment.
We have work to do to ensure safe work environments for LGBTQIA2S+ individuals.

We recognize that there is still work to be done to ensure truly inclusive workplaces, so next year, we are ready to:
Provide monthly professional development and networking opportunities for early to mid-career individuals.
Advocate on behalf of the LGBTQIA2S+ community to ensure safe and accepting workplaces throughout Dane County including; increased representation, better workplace policies, and growing LGBTQIA2S+ leadership.
Build a welcoming and affirming online community that connects LGBTQIA2S+ individuals with new professional opportunities.
Partner with college campus centers, student organizations, and LGBTQIA2S+ Employee Resource Groups to expand career networks and workplace equity education.
We can not do this work alone and need companies like yours to be co-conspirators, advocates, and allies to the LGBTQIA2S+ community.
