OPEN started in 2006 as a grassroots effort by Madison-area LGBT leaders. Originally named Out Professional Executive Network, the group has repositioned itself to Out Professional Engagement Network to intentionally include everyone in the workforce.

OPEN'S work towards a diverse, inclusive community continues. It will grow with the help of professionals like you.
