Culture Community is a non-profit organization built to bring enthusiasts together, in person and electronically, to foster culture as a focal point of every organization, regardless of industry, size, or stage. Building an intentional culture is as much about what you do as what you don’t do. Culture Community meets on the second Thursday of every month to share knowledge on different cultural ideas, so organizations can be deliberate and conscious in their actions.

Core Values

At Culture Community we want to be welcoming and work together.

  • Every culture is different, and all are welcome

  • Always find the learning points in each “failure”

  • Ask Audaciously, Share Transparently

  • Be Authentic

  • Be Better Than Yesterday

Please come out and support OPEN Members at this discussion!
